Many people injured. Police making many arrests. Crowd out of control at 6th Avenue in front of Cali Plaza Hotel in Cali Colombia. Normally this is a safe area of Zona Rosa, but is a popular gathering spot and the main area for Bars, Discos, Restaurants and Nightlife, including Salsa Dancing.

The Crowd was breaking windows in vehicles, pushing over motorcycles, jumping on cars, trucks and buses. There was lots of damage and injuries.
