The Calbalgata or Parade of Horses is a must see when visiting Cali in late December. Thousands of Cowboys and Cowgirls ride Horses on the closed streets of Cali Colombia. Families and Friends line the route. Vendors sell Beer and Drinks. Most men go to see the Beautiful Women.
