Granada is the neighborhood where Cali Plaza Hotel is located. The street festival is one block away. The streets are blocked off and many tents with booths are set up. There is a fashion show, bands, gourmet food, fine imported wine, liquor, and cheeses.

Lake Calima 101 Km from Cali, Colombia.
The principal attraction is the lake. Lake Calima is a man-made lake with a hydroelectric power plant. Because of the strong winds in the area, The lake has become an ideal place to practice nautical sports, especially wind surfacing. Lake Calima area has the strongest winds in the Americas, and the second worldwide. There are nice restaurants with lake views.

Cali’s two most important shopping centers, Chipichape in the north of the city and Unicentro in the south, both house new Multiplex movie theaters. There are also two new shopping centers, Jardin Plaza and Palmetto, both located in the south of Cali.
